Lucas was born to Callie and Dave, he was our second born son and left a great hole in our lives.
Lucas was born at 29 weeks weighing 1lb 2 he was given just a 20% chance of survival, but he was a fighter.
Everyday we watched him grow stronger and stronger willing him to live.
After 4 weeks he was breathing un-aided, after another 6 weeks we brought him home looking like a new born baby weighing 5lb 1.
Lucas brought so much into our lives him and his elder brother Harry who was just 1 at the time were like to peas in a pod, we where so proud.
At just 15 months Lucas was taken away from us. Lucas developed a very common virus known as RSV, i was concerned it wasn't like Lucas to be so quiet. I took him to doctors who sent us to hospital here they diagnosed RSV. We where told not to worry as his sats where fine. Next day we took him home. three days later after developing pneumonia Lucas died.
We miss him very much our sweet sweet angel. Good night my perfect boy love and miss you always.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
